2009 Main Goal- Don't do any Triathlons.
Long Term Goal- More hip hopping.

Myles has faced much adversity this year, not including rewiring Mark and Maureen's bathroom. We'll just be happy to see him at the start line!
2009 Goals- Its all Sprint, all the Time. And we ain't talkin telephone....
2010 Goal- Consistently sub 2:20 at Olympic and look at a Ironman race.
